Orders paid for online can be picked up for free from this location or have a browse through the shelves. Please check the stores timings as they can change. Poor old Dave does have a proper job to.


Shipping

For most parcels Daves Games use AustPost although on some occasion couriers may be used in order to get your products to you in the quickest and safest format possible. In either case a tracking number will be provided once shipping has commenced.

Privacy

Your Privacy is important to Daves Games and with this in mind we will not pass on any of your details or information to anyone who is not directly involved in our payment and shipping process.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Products can not be returned if you change your mind. For products missing parts or defective contact the manufacturer directly. Daves Games can assist with this but most manufacturers are quick to fix these issues with a simple email and photos showing the defect.

Supply Issues

If due to supply issues with Distributors and manufactures we are unable to supply a purchased product, Daves Games will refund the cost of the item to the account provided during the purchase.

Pricing

Daves Games is run by a human and sometimes mistakes can be made entering prices online. At Daves Games discretion the mistake will be rectified, ie if the difference is very minor the sale will be honoured. If the difference is not minor the price will be fixed and the customer will be informed. The customer can then after the revised price has been offered decide on a refund or to continue the purchase at the revised price.

Back orders

Daves Games can not physically store all the great hobby products that the customer has on offer. With this in mind please allow up to 2 weeks for some items listed as on back order to be procured from around the globe. However, with shipping from the UK taking around 5 days the time required to get the items is usually less. Of course Daves Games will keep the customer appraised of the situation and if after this period of time has passed the products can still not be obtained then Daves Games will contact the customer to ascertain if a refund is wanted. Refunds reimburse the purchase price to the account originated.
